I’m sharing this review from the perspective of a long time loyal customer. I must say recently I’ve noticed a negative change in the attitude of the owner as well as the nail technicians. The owner is not only rude, but also sounded abusive to me over a trivial question I asked regarding my nail design. Not to mention how their standards of work has lowered. It seems as if they no longer put effort into making the customer happy. Too much business has made them oblivious to customer’s satisfaction.

I’ve been coming to Le Unghie for quite some time and I cannot say enough great things about it. Every service I’ve had has always been amazing. The spa is kept extremely clean and all staff members are friendly and very professional.

I happened to walk out into this salon as it appeared to be clean and professional. My initial greeting went well. The service went well until the end. For some odd reason I was picked out from all the other ladies to make a prompt payment even though my nails were wet. I was put on the spot and made to be embarrassed and ashamed. When I then asked if I could have my nails checked to see if they were dry I was ignored and ignorantly smirked at. I ended up leaving without even a good bye. Needless to say , I will not return back. What a bad taste of the mouth.
