I brought in a large amount of clothes to be cleaned. I requested that 2 of the items have minor repairs. I paid 70.00 for cleaning and alterations. When I picked up my clothes I discovered the repairs I paid for had not been done. I called and spoke with the owner who was sarcastic and rude. He told me to bring the items back because they couldn’t do the repairs over the phone. I have been patronizing this business for a long time and to talk to me like I’m an idiot is unacceptable. I paid for a service that I didn’t get and instead of taking accountability by apologizing for the mistake he’s got jokes! Well laugh at this: You lost a good customer!

Years ago the service here was excellent. Their customer service skills have gone down. And they are very rude at times when talking to their customers. I will not give my business to them again. I look for good customer service in all places of businesses I give my money to. And if I don't see it or receive it . They have lost my business.

Lee's is the best east side dry cleaner! So friendly and the owners are so nice! Good quality service for super reasonable prices which is a pleasant surprise. Usually dry cleaning is pricey. Always great customer service! ???? There is new management but the transition has been seamless and the high quality customer service amd reasonable prices remains!

i didn't receive the service I expected because I brought back the shirts I took to be pressed the work was very poor quality and the owner was very disrespectful when I returned to complain some of the shirts wasn't even pressed, he became very combative and disrespectful saying things like you don't need creases in your shirts and we don't press rayon material but he charged me for the service. Being in the black community he was very arrogant and the disrespect was so profound it is really upsetting that he has become so complacent with the quality of work. For generations we supported his business and we are due a certain amount of respect that he does not have. I will never take my clothes there again.
