Lee's Nails

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and it will not be my last! I had the most pleasant experience. The salon was beautiful and clean and all the techs were so incredibly friendly. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely adored how my nails came out. You can tell the nail techs here take pride in what they do, because the entire process was not rushed at all. She took extra care when doing my nails. The shape came out absolutely perfect. I was asked along the way if I liked my nails and the entire time I’m thinking, “I love them!” I’m just so happy I finally found my new favorite nail place! I will definitely be going back over and over again. I am extremely grateful for the beautiful work and service. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service! My daughter went in for her first mani/ pedi and had a pair of adorable acrylics put on. They were adorable for less than 48 hours! The second day on one fell off at school. The same night 2 more came off very painfully while she was doing homework on her laptop. She had gone in with a friend, in a large group of 4 people. They spent over $400 that day with my daughters bill alone being $130. After the 3rd nail ripped off my daughter was scared about losing the others because it hurt so badly. I decided to remove the rest so she could use a lap top and do school work and not risk further injury. She was so upset. I decided to call the salon and see what could be done. Maybe they were not put on properly? They refused to offer any kind of compensation. They would not even do her nails again for a discount! Super rip off! Go somewhere else!

I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I made an appointment for my friend and I to get pedicures, we got there on time and sat in the pedicure chairs for so long waiting that I went through 1.5 cycles on the massage chair and the water was cold by the time employees came over to start our pedicures. While waiting, my friends jet kept getting the bag sucked into it and the employees didn't seem to care much. When they finally came over to start the pedicures, I let them know the water was cold multiple times and instead of heating it up, they ignored me. The man doing my pedicure went through it so fast that he forgot to do the massage, started painting, and when I asked why he didn't do the massage I got told they do it after the polish. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and nail tech, I myself have given hundreds of pedicures, it makes zero sense to save the massage for while the polish is still wet. He stopped in the middle of painting my toes to do a very quick massage and then finished painting and left me sitting in the chair once again instead of bringing me over to the fans for my toes to dry. Now, a day later, my big toe is red, sore to the touch, throbbing and oozing pus from whatever he did. Do not go here. I'm hoping this infection doesn't get worse.
