Bad experience. I tried to be patient with the gentleman doing the state inspections, but extremely rude and had his back towards us while asking him questions. That’s not how you treat customers. Seemed bothered since we arrived

Rude people! I went to do car inspection and I had a question about something in my car and he was like I’m busy now I can’t look at it and he literally was doing nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else which it will be for sure better than this place

Had a leak in a previous patch and a nail in the side of the tire ???? I barely made it to Leo's with air leaking, but they were able to swap out a tire replacement in about 10 minutes after they got to me!

I had two blown tires on my Ford Edge located less than a mile from this shop. When I called these guys for help I couldn’t make out what they were saying over the phone due to the horrible landline connection. I was glad to see they were open on a Sunday however so I got a lift to their shop. Both gentlemen seemed off-put by my asking questions. Basically they were just blowing me off. Since I had two flats, I needed two jacks but only had one. After explaining my unique situation and offering to leave a significant deposit to borrow one of their jacks they suggested I call a tow truck for the half mile distance where my car was stranded. Policy is policy but sometimes you have to go the extra mile to help someone in need. If you’re looking for a tire company that is willing to go the extra mile then you should Leo’s Tire Shop. I found another tire shop within a quarter mile of these guys who were outstanding, accommodating and very eager to help. Their services were incredibly well priced and didn’t take advantage of my situation.
