Unfortunately we came at 10:50 pm and the access code wasn’t working. The guess services employee, (I forget her name) she was in training and she did awesome. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to send me another code so there were no way we could go in. Adding up to this, It was really cold that night, we were super tired of travelling and we had to stay in our car for over an hour before the manager send another code!! Getting a room that expensive and not being able to go in for that long is a terrible experience. I asked the employee to tell the manager to call me the next day to discuss about the situation and he never did. I’m really disappointed on how they take care of their customers. I sincerely don’t recommend that place.

Really quite a beautiful place. Freezing while we were here, but the condo was cozy. The ski in and out is a bit overstated. It's not easy to find your way back and the ski to the lift is really awkward. Otherwise, totally amazing.

location is 5 minute walk from the hills. 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom. one king two singles and a large pull out couch. free Internet, cable and full kitchen and laundry. great place

No air condition, and tow our car, even we have information registered , they seem like just want money. Update: First, no cold air condition. Secondly I am totally sure, this is what I rent, you guys are dishonesty, I asked others, they told me you guys have deal with guys who towed our car, I will not cancel my rate and I will let others know about it.

This was a wonderful experience. We were able to park and walk to the village. It was clean and quiet. Thank you
