Longview neighborhood park is pleasantly small and quiet. It has two benches to sit on surrounding the playground and a covered area with two picnic tables if you're wanting to have a small get together or lunch at the park. It has three slides with one of them being a double slide for kids to go down together at the same time, a pole to slide down and another to climb up. It also has two built-in attachments one to play tic-tac-toe and the other to count red balls. There's also a patch of land to walk your dog at while watching the kids play and offers plenty of shade. The only thing that I don't really like about the park is that it's literally feet away from Kellogg, there's a large surrounding wall to separate the highway from the playground but it's noisy during rush hour and sometimes the gate is not locked. Overall it's a nice and clean little park but if I could make one suggestion it would be to add a swing set for the little kids other than that it's complete.
I didnt notice the park, but the house across the street has some phat Christmas lights with music u can tune into on the car radio. Pretty awesome!
Nice neighborhood Park, that Longview neighborhood raised half of the money to have where the orginal Pizza Hut home once stood. Definitely great part of history for Wichita.
So beautiful we stayed for about 45 mins. Amazing! Thank you so much for sharing with us all!
Gate to the highway has been open for 6 years. Kids can run right onto hwy 400 and have.
