NICE!!!!! If you're looking for a nice, clean laundromat, this one is it. They also offer an app service where you can select the machine you want to use and pay for your washer/drier use from your phone. Their detergent dispenser (the one you can buy the one load containers from) was well stocked even. I went midday Friday and it was busy but had plenty of machines available. I would very much recommend this laundromat!
So my only issues with this place are , 1) no public restrooms and 2 in comparison to others within a reasonable distance the atmosphere is lacking. Otherwise, it has what you need to do the job. And someone is always available to assist you promptly. They try their best with what they have in this economy. If any philanthropists want to give a helping hand, the community would benefit.
The laundromat staff is usually polite to you and helpful. Sometimes they are hard to find when you need them. I learned they are not trained on what to do when a fight breaks out in their facility, luckily that's only happened once the many times I have gone their. This facility is usually clean and asking to use to restroom is always a hassle as stated above, sometimes finding the staff is difficult.
Refuses to break big bills for customers to use their machines and smells of rotten eggs, high sulfur in water. Staff is always in the way and does not keep their hands off your belongings. Been going here for almost 5 years and it has gotten worse coming here every month. More worried about providing services for free to people once a month than their up keep and giving service to paying customers. After my experience this morning with one of the OWNERS I will not be spending my money here any longer. If my clothes were not already half soaked would have walked out this morning. After doing research their smart washers use recycled water which means you are washing your clothes in others filth and is why the water smells of rotten eggs and stagnant.
If you need to do your laundry this is a good place to do it and their dryers are always the hottest in town there's 2 locations that you can choose from I prefer Seneca as it's the first Lost Sock and the building is a work of Art
