Could not have had a better experience. Brought in my work truck with a bunch of electrical issues. Mr. Kenny took care of me from start to finish. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and fixed the issues the same day. I initially showed up around 11. He told me to come back early the next morning, but still took the time to help me get a window rolled up. The staff is warm and welcoming.

Kenny was quite helpful! I’ve been having electrical issues for months, shops I tried prior either couldn’t figure it out our wouldn’t attempt to — Louis Auto Electric got my car fixed up quick! And I ordered the part online myself, which saved money, plus the charge for labor wasn’t exorbitant.

My AC was needed to be repaired, he (Kenny) told that condenser is needed to replace, charged a lot of money but AC worked 2 days only and when I asked him to check it because of warranty of One Month, he told me now the “line” needed to be replaced and $ 435 is the cost. Very bad behavior and worst service, I recommend all not to use this workshop. He charge a lot for 3rd class repair services. And can’t solve the problem properly.
