Had the first set (pink nails) all ruined up. Where shall I start.. I went and paid £40 for BIAB, the pink nails, on the left it’s what I asked for and on the right is what I got. 0 attention to detail, hearts all messed up, shape was so bad and thick, diamonds all different sizes and colours. After complaining and asking for the second design, since they cannot do the heart one, they asked me to go in only 4 days after the first design. The girl wanted to charge me for infill £30 (!!!) as she said she topped up the gap my nails had from my cuticles, which as can be seen on the photo is minimal. On top of that did a very bad job with the design once again AND the infill of the second set, all nails have the gel stored in the corners now that it has grown after 1.5 weeks, and unable to do anything without having things tangled in them. Really bad job, these aren’t professionals As per response to your message: No nail salon is doing such a bad job as you are. I’m not trying to save money, you’ve always overcharged me and I’ve always paid it. If you call the work of your photos attached professional, and you are lazy to do 20 hearts because they are drawn by hand, you should quit your job and go do something else. I’m paying for a service that you’ve promised you can give, and it isn’t that. In fact I’ll report you to higher services, because you are taking the piss.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I really recommend seeing Kim, she has done an amazing job with my nails every single time. My nails are still really healthy after years of having acrylics. If you’re not sure whether to try it out, I highly recommend! 10/10 experience x Plus , The team work in the shop very fast. I have been coming here for just over a year, and never had a bad experience, always helpful when choosing colours, will go out of there way to look for what you want. The pic on the left is what I wanted, the one on the right is what I asked for changing the colour and adding another nail with the design. Really happy with them Thankyou

My main nail tech here was amazing nail art on point and great service. But I had to change shops as the manager did this set on me it was not what I asked for. And as you can tell from the pictures the quality is shocking for the price point. The nail removal procedure was extremely painful. She over cut my natural nail when I went to another salon was told me my nerve was cut and killed the bed. Now will take up to 6 months for it to grow back. This was a honeymoon set and was offered a free set. But in all honesty the lack of care is apparent. Plus the new place I go to is having to treat the managers mistakes. Also ensure your techs can actually execute sets asked or advertised on instagram if not say so. As the prior appointment I was told a guy was practicing on my nails that should be asked beforehand. Plus they empty the fish tank into the foot treatment area unacceptable. So stop sharing prior sets I got as you know I no longer will come here.

Been coming to the nail shop for a year now and honestly this is the best, because all the staff are absolutely fabulous. My nails have never looked better since I’ve been coming to Love Your Nails shop. They really care a d you see that with the hight standards they have set.
