I love this place!! The interior is newly renovated and so pretty, the people are so nice, it is centrally located on the west side. Larry is the best nail tech I have ever had. He makes effort to talk to you, is hilarious, and always does the best nails ever. They are never thick, and he never shys away from designs, no matter how complicated. To my surprise, he is also extremely reasonably priced. Thank you so much Lovely Nails!!

I always have the most pleasant experience every single time I go! I am a regular customer and change my nails quite often, but it’s easy to do with such affordable prizes and such talented nail techs. Larry is AMAZING! If I’m not sure what type of look I want, he comes up with one on his own and I am always pleased. My current set was his original idea. Everyone on staff is so friendly and professional. LOVE THIS PLACE!

It was horrible. Their sign says $30 for a full set, then when the total came out it was $45! When I was sitting in the chair the nail tech guy started yelling at me for moving one time and then all the other nail techs started gathering around me and telling me not to move. They did a horrible job on my nails let alone my nails were burning and hurting. I have red irration on my cuticles and my experience was just flat out bad. When the total was $45 I asked them why and they started saying that the nail polish you have to pay separately and all the extra stuff. They said that it took longer for my nails so they charged me more, that’s obscene! I recommend not to go to this place because you will get horrible customer service.

Well I've been coming to this nail salon off and on for many years. The service and quality you get absolutely depends on the nail tech. Usually I get one or two of the nail techs that are patient and calm and I enjoy the experience. Not today, today I got a nail tech that rushed through both my manicure and pedicure and made me feel super anxious the whole time! He was very aggressive and it was extremely uncomfortable. He reached and pulled at my hands without warning. I usually recommend this place, but I'm going to have to reconsider. My friend went with me and she got a fill in and she was cut five times with acrylic left under her nails and all over her fingers when he was done. He also skipped steps during the pedicure and I was charged the regular price. When he finished his "work" he sat back at his station watching videos on his phone.
