I have been going to Lube Depot and Repair for many years. They have fair prices. I must say this is the best staff I have seen. Shelly is awesome and amazing. She is very helpful and will work with you with pricing. I can't leave out Becky. She is also awesome and helpful as well. This is a very clean and comfortable establishment. They also give you cash back towards your next visit. No shop that I know of has that incentive. The mechanics are honest with the repairs that I have got done.

Efficient service, comfortable waiting room, friendly atmosphere. My car needed some work done and the team working on a Thursday morning were phenomenal Shelly, Becky, Ethan were very friendly and informative- making sure the people waiting/calling were comfortable and accommodated. The mechanic, Brandon was great about walking me through what exactly my car needed done and with what urgency. I highly recommend.

This place is Absolutely the BEST!! The cable leads on my Battery had a lot of Corrosion. Come to find out.... My battery was leaking ALOT of battery Acid. Lube Depot took care of my Problem Immediately!! ????????. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the work. Any problems in the Future with my Vehicle.... Lube Depot will be my place to go. ??

We've used Lube Depot for several years now (ever since moving to Smyrna back in 2018). While they're not the cheapest, they're reasonably priced and have always seemed to be honest and forthcoming with information. We really like their car cash program where you receive 10% of your invoice in "car cash" to put towards your next visit. The staff (Becky up front) is always friendly and helpful, and their manager (I'm assuming she's the manager) seems to really enjoy interacting/engaging with the customers while they wait - even going as far as discussing pricing on services, etc. We're happy to have found this place and will continue using them/referring others to them. Shelly was very Welcoming! Amanda was Great and able to help us out w/ cost!! overall experience was GREAT!!! being a Military Family we apperciate and always LOVE to SUPPORT Local businesses…definitely recommend for car care…
