The more I look at these the more upset I am that I paid so much for nails that look absolutely horrible. I made an appointment based on a friend of my saying she loved this place. Me, not so much. For $130, I am more than disappointed to say the least. I just had these done this past Friday, Feb 16. Honestly, press on would have looked more natural and I would have saved $120. Just a bit upset that I wasted that much money.

I came in on 03/23/24. The guy doing my nails rushed them and didn’t even try. He charged me $50 for these horrible nails. They look very unfinished and cheap. I asked for almond shape and for longer nails and he did the complete opposite. He was rushing my nails and was being rough with my nails. I’ve been to many salons and this one has been the worst one.

Got my nails done here because my Normal nail shop was closed due to holidays. Lady was very rude. Pulled my arm. Was very rough when removing my acrylics and even hurt my nail in some places. Nails were not even painted all they way and hardness left around my nails. Worst experience ever I did not feel welcomed her and made to felt like I was a bothersome. Definitely not worth $95 for a full set of acrylics that aren’t even the shape I asked for. She stated multiple time my nails where to small. I can get the same set of nails in dip for $65 at my normal salon. I definitely won’t be going back here. Not a welcoming environment. Update also I got them done Monday it’s Friday and already 2 have come off

I used to enjoy coming here, especially to see Johnny because he used to be so friendly and funny. Over the past few years things have changed here. The customer service has become quite short and not detailed. It seems like I am rushed and I receive the bare minimum attempt to my manicures and pedicures, even though I tip well. I don’t complain for the service just get my cut rate service and go. But what makes me the most upset is that I see numerous other customers being treated how I would expect to be treated, and was a few years ago…..for the same services? For this reason I have decided to go to another place. My nails and feet are usually always in excellent condition when I come and I am an agreeable customer. What gives!

I came in wanting my old nails taken off! My actual nails had grown all the way out so I just wanted pink acrylic with black tips! I sat down an DUC began soaking my nails! He then said fake nails no good for u! Then I realized he wasn’t doing acrylic an he just coated my nails with some sort of hardening polish! You can also see where I still have black polish around my cuticles! This is absolutely not at all what I wanted! I paid 60.00 on August the 11th plus tipped him 10.00 because he said to trust him this was good! Here it is the 17th an two of my nails have split! I work in a factory where I grab boxes an at the time I told him I did not want this! He insisted! I’m not at all satisfied how this has turned out! 60 dollars completely gone! He said this would last for 2-3 weeks! Really bad experience! I just want a good nail salon I can go to an get exactly what I want.
