Jr. & the family provided great customer service and got us in and out! He took care of our issue and also made us feel at home. We were sent here by another mechanic and we are truly thankful for them. We will definitely be going back for any other mechanical needs! ????

Mercy is a beautiful person, her professionalism is excellent, she repaired my car in the same day with no problems, compared to other automotive shops, that make you wait 2-3 days for a simple repair. My car was running like new once she finished and she also made me aware of some others things, she could repair. The service was great! Mercy and her crew will be the only automotive shop that will service my cars moving forward!!!

In addition to great car service, I want to highlight how Mrs. Mercy and her team have been, not only, friendly but made me feel like I was dealing with my own family-loving, kind, and patient enough to explain issues and my options. As a (metro) Atlanta transplant, I have struggled to find a local mechanic for an older model Toyota. I stumbled upon M&M via google, saw the high reviews and that it is Black-owned so decided to give them a try. My first point of contact was with Mrs. Mercy who, very politely and efficiently, invited me to come by to get the problem diagnosed. Upon arrival, I received a bottle of water. Within minutes, they took my car, assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote without a bunch of random line items. Only because two parts needed to be ordered did I need to come back a different day. The part arrived quickly, they let me know it arrived and when I could come back. They promised to be finished within a certain, quick, time frame. I brought my mobile wifi and laptop then worked in the few chairs they have within the shop-all while I waited. They fixed it within the time frame and my car is running better than she has before. ;) This is a neighborhood-friendly shop, welcoming and you can tell my the flow of customers, trusted. Consider them for your next repair and tell them Jonica sent ya!
