I had a same day request, and she was the only tailor /alterations business able to accommodate. It cost me $80 to take in the top, back, waist & length. The outfit turned out well and was ready in 6 hours(on time)!

I brought my bridesmaid dress here to get hemmed about 2 inches. They were fast and called me about 3 days after to pick up my dress…but it was also just to shorten the length a few inches. The cost for the service is pricey. I paid $53 just to get it shortened but they didn’t even bother to get the wrinkles out of the dress before hemming…I understand I’m paying for alterations but having wrinkles in the fabric could also cause some sides to be uneven.

Pretty great service! Lady was very friendly. Work was tidy. Gave a 4, not 5, because I wish she had taken in the shoulders more as the dress kept slipping when I wore it. But I think as long as you did your sizing right in the beginning, you will have no issue. I should have asked for a tighter fit. Quick turn around as well. Will for sure return and recommend these guys!

I will never ever take another item to this place. I took a sequence dress for them to “take in” and the day I went to pick up my dress, the sleeves were taken off. I was told the problem could be fixed and to come back the next day. Upon picking up my dress the next day, I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and the owner was willing to take $3 off. When I asked for more being that I had to drive 40 minutes not once but twice, he laughed and only took off an extra dollar. Not to mention, there was other customers waiting for their item and the owner could not find it. He asked for the customer’s help to find their item in the store. I highly do not recommend. Please go elsewhere.
