I get my car inspected every winter to make sure my car is maintained and ready for the winter. They told me I needed something done and I decided to go to Magic Auto to get it fixed because of their unbeatable prices. When I left the shop my car started making loud revving sounds. My boyfriend checked my car and found my transmission fluid was drained and bone dry. I had no problems with my car before I went to magic auto. I’ve been advised they did this on purpose to get me to go back and spend more money. I bet they didn’t think their game would be exposed. I want the mechanics to pay for what they have done. Now I don’t have a car for a few weeks and will have to spend money to fix the transmission that never should have happened if I NEVER went to this shop. I regret coming here. Eventually one day I had to use my hazards to go to ANOTHER auto shop to fix what they did and it wouldn’t pick up speed and went up to 4000rpms when I would lightly tap my gas. Magic auto has to be the ONLY reason my car is having these problems. They should pay for me having to fix my transmission issues. I will never ever ever ever go back no matter the price. I've never had to use my hazards while having this car. I will say the I loved the receptionist and she was great to me but the mechanics were the problem here. I would give 1 star and gave a total of 2 stars for the receptionist. I hope they see this and understand they shouldn't play with people’s lives like this. All of this happened within the same week. I don't know what truly happened but my car is now going to be sold to a junkyard. Thank you magic auto.

This place does a variety of work on all types of vehicles including tires, mechanic, body and paint, and sales. I believe they are worthy of a 5 star rating.

Very friendly staff and owners. They searched their vast inventory of tires for me. They found what I needed at a very fair price. They also do wheels, and all kinds of minor and major vehicle repairs. If you need repairs or tires in Brighton, you should definitely check them out. Highly recommended.

These people are wonderful. They are very honest, cost-effective, fast, and their knowledge is superb. My family and friends have been using them to service our cars for about 10 years now and we purchased a car from them as well. Everybody I have referred to them are just as pleased with them as well and we all know exactly where to take a car when needed. We have no need to call around. Magic Auto is one of the few I would take the time to give a review to.
