The place was absolutely slammed when I went in. I ordered a cheesesteak and 2 slices. The staff was super friendly and on top of it. They even threw me in an extra slice for waiting a little longer than normal. For being a simple cheese slice, the pizza had a great flavor and was cooked perfectly. The cheesesteak survived a 30 min car ride without getting soggy and was absolutely delish.

We were in the area and looking for a quick lunch. We took a look on google and found this place. The waitress was amazing. The food was amazing. I don’t think there was that were was a thing that I didn’t like about this place. They offered fresh cut or frozen fries. We got both, and they were both good. My son said their fresh cut fries were the best ever! The pizza was good. The sub was good. And the mozzarella sticks were amazing. If you’re in the area and looking for a nice little place for lunch or supper, I’d highly suggest going here.

We love this place! We work just down the street and call in lunch orders for the crew! They are so accommodating and always get it right! Food is fantastic and service is excellent!

Saturday, Jan. 20th approx 6:30pm Should be 5 stars, but customer service ruined it. I was craving a cheesesteak so we decided to try Maria & Sal’s, food did not disappoint. However customer service needs some work. We looked the menu up online to see what they offered. I get plain cheesesteak with mayonnaise, online menu $6.75 my husband gets a cheesesteak special, online menu $7.99 & of course an order of fresh cut fries, online menu $3.25. I place the order, we choose pick up. My husband gets the order and tells me the bill was $25.00. I was confused. I go inside to ask about my bill. The waitress read me my charges: Cheesestk w/mayo $7.99, Cheesestk spec. $9.99, FF $3.25, side of pepper relish $1.99. I questioned the pricing and left her know the online menu has different pricing and they may need to up date it. She told me they don’t have an online menu, other people post it. Then gives me a menu and says here’s our menu. 3 waitresses, 1 didn’t even look at me, 1 look completely dumbfounded and the other who thought she knew everything was absolutely clueless. Whether a customer post it or the business, the menu is still online and should be corrected. But the pricing isn’t even what upset me. The poor quality in customer service, not 1 person out of the 3 standing there even so much as offered an apology. I love supporting small businesses & I completely understand their prices can tend to be a be hire. I don’t mind paying for good food! But customer service speaks volumes. (I was a waitress for 30 yrs, an apology goes a long way).

Take a moment to look at all the pictures of food here. In most restaurants, people take a picture of their food, and THEN eat it. Here, you'll see half eaten cheesesteaks, pizzas with a piece missing. People couldn't wait to eat here, and then, after they chomped into their food, only then did it occur to them, "Hey, this is really good. I should take a picture." That tells you all you need to know about Maria & Sal's. It's really good food, no matter when you take a picture of it.
