There is a farmers market here every Saturday. I visit here whenever I'm in Charleston. There are many wonderful vendors with the summer months having the most variety. This last weekend, I scored ravioli, pasta, tomato basil sauce, fresh sourdough bread, bagels, a giant soft pretzel, and two jars or Jamaican jerk seasoning. During the summer, there are many vendors selling fresh fruit and vegetables.

Lots of history in this little square. Right in the middle of town with a lot of stuff to do around it. Great place to take a walk or head up King for a night out. Saturday morning you have the farmers market. They have an assortment of local stuff from around Charleston. Fresh fruit and Vegetables etc... Shaded areas and restrooms are available

Big grassy park right off the main streets in downtown. Hosts a farmers market on Saturday mornings that is 2/3 good (think jewelry, dog stuff, art) and 1/3 produce. Public restrooms available and some shade.
