Got a fast wash this morning and lord have mercy, soap Foam remained on the car, attendants didn’t care, left stain marks on the paint, didnt wash the wheels, dirty vacuum area. Vacuums were weak, Ended up going to another carwash to clean their mess. Waste of money. Skip this place if you care for your wallet and the paint of your ride. Unbelievable ????

The last two times I've been there, visible soap all over car, I said something to the guy doing my tires. And he said he didn't see any soap, soap was pudding on the ground underneath my car. I've been going there for years, but I guess I have to find a new place

I took my car there to get a wash and interior cleaning. The owner, Roy, was outside prepping the cars and did not push my driver’s side mirror in. When I came out of the car wash, my mirror was hanging off. When I brought it to Roy’s attention he said that he would not compensate me for broken mirror because the car is a 2016. This is my first and last time bringing my car to this place and Roy has not heard the last from me

DO NOT COME HERE! If I could have left zero stars I would! Came to get my car wash here. Paid $35 for full service. Went through drive through wash. Had the hand service. At the end they come to get me to say my car was finished. Immediately upon walking to the car I saw water spots. Side Note: I frequently wash my own car and have NEVER had water mark spots. So this is unacceptable. I asked them if they could fix it and the girl tries, but it won't come off. I asked to speak to the manager and he immediately became rude. Telling me it would be extra work and $50 to remove it. $50 for what!?? The Car wash wasn't even $50 I could have went through the drive through again. He could have given me another chance to come back. No customer Service What so ever! I called the Police because he was really rude, loud, and not willing to give me a refund! Police came and much to my surprise...Gwinett County Police Dept. stopped coming here, because of the service! Anyone who knows me, knows I'm very mild mannered, usually don't dispute things, and actually hate when people send their food back at restaurants BUT this is definitely going to be disputed! Just don't come here.. highly disappointed!

I went I payed 55 full service for the tire to be shinded they said they couldn't take it off but I put my finger on it and the dirt came off also left my center console dirty too and the trunk dont recommend unless there going to do there job right
