Not at all reliable as they never mention the dollar rate on which we are purchasing the gold. Also they charge the gold way higher than the 24k gold rate even you are buying 22k gold. Not sure how to report it to higher authorities about this sort of cheating.

I went to this place before and they were very rude and wouldn't even listen to us. Today I also went there and they said they didn't have something that we wanted. They don't even welcome us properly and wouldn't give proper answers to our questions. I don't recommend this place to buy jewelry from at all.
