Stopped by one night recently around 8pm. Ordered bistec encebollado (pepper and onion steak) with tostones. It took a bit to make it which was totally fine. I was happy to see it’d be fresh. The place is small so I got to see the guy cook everything live. Very clean though. The lady at the counter was very friendly, not just with me but with others that walked in while I waited. Great selection of snacks, drinks and food options. Unfortunately when I got to where I was staying the steak was very salty and super rough ???? and the tres leches was dry. I’d try other options though to see.

I go to this place almost every day but I will not go anymore. The lady with the brown hair and blonde highlights... JULISSA RODRIGUEZ. Every single day she has a nasty attitude. I have seen that she has a food certification yet she never cooks. Everyday she rolls her eyes before I order. She has messed up my orders plenty of times before. Last week she was giving every customer that walked in that attitude. I dont know what is wrong with her but she is terrible. She gave my boyfriend lots of attitude today. She sucks. What a disgusting horrible person to be around. The only person there who seems to get my order right is the guy who always wears the denim Yankees hat.

I have been ordering from here for about 7months 1 to 2 times a month. Always happy. Love the shakes. But today my pina, coco shake was sour. When I called, some lady told me off and hung up on me! I can not believe it. I always tip well, i am always polite. To treat a customer like that over a 5$ shake? Not good business practice, i must say. I have had issues in the past because of my limited spanish. They have hung up on me when I tried to order in English 2xs and i would call back with my rough spanish and get it done. But this was blatantly rude! So disappointed.
