If I could give this minus a 100 stars I would! This guy will never give you Your deposit back. Barely speaks English and is extremely angry when talking about anything about the room. This is a long-term motel it is not an overnight or there is no service besides making the bed. Be extremely wary Of characters in the other rooms. While there are some long-term construction workers renting there are also Very undesirables. Pets are allowed with an extra deposit. The grounds look very kept but don't let that fool you the rooms haven't been updated in 40 years.Pool is empty,damaged and hasn't been cared for in years. With housing the way it is in the area I'm sure he will continue to rent these nasty rooms out, But I can't recommend them at all. The owner is pretty much non communicative. Just wants to take your money and not hear anything from You. Huge pass!

We pulled up, and was fairly impressed with the looks of the place. Perhaps someone can answer my question before I slam the place. We couldn't find anyone at the desk, but someone said to call the number on the marques, so we did, and the guy blurts out, "We don't rent by the night!" That seemed odd, as well as rude, but ya never know. Does someone know if they do or don't rent by the night, or was he just busy with his mistress & didn't want to be bothered? I dunno

While this place hasn't been updated in years it is fantastic. The owners take exceptional care and upkeep. The grounds were well groomed and very clean. The room we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was firm and had no dips or sagging like you find in a lot of older hotels. All of the furnishings were older but in like-new condition which is impressive. The pool was small but looked well maintained and the surrounding area was inviting.

This motel is a hidden gem! Very clean and spacious. The courtyard has almost a park feel to it. It is family owned and operated and pride in ownership shows. They do not offer microwave or mini fridge but do have coffee in the office. Will definitely be my go to place on my next trip to Carson City. Enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and inviting! This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will be back every time we visit Carson City. Another motel in the near vicinity was absolutely horrible. So finding this gem was truly a breath of fresh air! The owners are very accommodating and helpful. In fact, the morning we were leaving we noticed that a bird had left a sizable deposit on the side of our car. The owner, when he overheard us talking about it, came out with a spray bottle and towel to clean it all off. We were really impressed with his kindness and help! You will never go wrong staying here!
