I'm a business owner myself, so I know how to give good customer service. I was treated very poorly by who I assumed was the owner or manager. I'm own my own pilot car business. I have multiple vehicles. We have been working out of Vancouver for a few months now and will be leaving for a new project soon. We needed to swap vehicles in order to make that happen. We also needed to wash our cars. We decided since it was raining to go to a car wash to kill two birds with one stone. When we arrived it was completely empty. No one was around . We proceeded to remove our belongs from our vehicles so we could make the swap. As I was reloading my belongs into the other vehicle I notice a sliver pickup with Oregon plates drive up almost in front of me. A woman came over to me and started yelling at me, saying I was trespassing and to leave the property immediately. I was surprised. She then told me it was a car wash, which I said I know. She said if I did not leave she would call the police. She wouldn't let me explain myself or what I was doing. She just assumed I was a homeless person when she saw my belongs on the ground next to my car. I then told her that I was going to wash my car when I got done, but she just kept yelling for me to leave immediately. Then she told me I could never come back after she took a picture of my license plate. Being from out of state I was shocked to be treated like that without even a chance to explain myself. A simple question as to why or what I was doing would have solved any issues. Not a good way to conduct business. Extremely poor customer service! I would have given 0 stars if Google would have let me.
It was very very expensive. Almost $40 to properly wash my truck. Doesn't take quarters, $3 min, don't use the brush any painted surfaces. Not allowed to bring your own bucket, or wash out your truck bed. (I do anyways) not dumping a ton of mud or oil/chemicals anywhere. It's okay, in a good area. I heard nightmares about the owner just the few times I have been there.
After reading the reviews, it confirms what I was thinking that the people in the silver truck were the owners, as I was cleaning my vehicle the man stood behind my vehicle in an aggressive stance, frowning and looked very angrily towards me. He stood there staring angrily for an uncomfortable length of time. I moved around my vehicle and continued taking out a few items of trash and moving things to clear so I could vacuum, I then noticed the woman staring towards me, I wondered if I was doing something wrong but couldn't think of anything, it crossed my mind that they felt I was taking too long but that didn't make sense to me, as I wasn't wasting any time sitting around and I was moving at a moderate pace. I decided to ignore the odd behavior. I was hoping they would approach me if there was an issue, so that I could correct it if possible, I'm reasonable, but they continued to display passive aggressive behavior, and did not communicate verbally, but the non verbal behavior was very loud and inappropriate. I thought these cannot be the owners, just didn't seem how you would expect them to act. I would not suggest this place nor spend another dime here, the man seems as if he is someone that could become unhinged. I'll be going to Kaddy car wash where I feel safer. With similar reviews of this couples behavior, I'd be cautious going here or choose somewhere that appreciates your business.
I'm a regular customer here, being a resident owner of a soft-top Miata means I can't go to automatic car washes, but I love this place, super easy, quick, and not too busy. It's well kept and maintained as well.
I went here for the first time and was confused by the pricing and charges to my card. Apparently it was a whooping $23 to wash and quickly dry my car. I have since been just paying someone else to detail my car. The lot is dirty, offers no shade or designated areas for hand drying your car, very little maintenance has been done to the property and equipment and it doesn't feel like a safe area.
