first off i went 1 time while they had a 15$ for first month special (29$ after that) & my side mirror was broken WHILE in the carwash. then the carwash doesn't even have instructions. i immediately canceled the membership but was still charged for that following month. i contacted the owner & left so many msgs & voicemails about my refund than finally, 2 weeks later i was sent 20$ back not even my full refund. owner has terrible communication. how is this place even still in business smh p.s his number is on the carwash app for those wondering!!

No pre rinse before brushes hit your dry paint, paid $14 for a rinse only to get the undercarriage and it didn't even rinse under. Also paid for blower but no blower after the wash, this place needs to get torn down what a shame they are taking people's money

I went through this car wash one time in my Silverado and it damaged my rain guards scratched my truck, damaged my molding on both sides and bent my emblems on both sides. The owner "Art McDaniel's" was hard to reach and nothing was resolved on his side I had to get my insurance involved to get my stuff fixed. I strongly do not recommend this ar wash to anyone

Came for a quick car wash and took my cash. After I put my cash in, it said I need to still pay the $16. I had to use the card reader and that when the light turned green. I never got my cash refunded. There’s no number to call customer service at all anywhere.

This is a terrible car wash. I went to get my car washed today 11/7/21 on the touchless side of the carwash. The soft cloth side was out of order. I got the supreme carwash which was $12 and it did nothing in the way of getting my car clean. My black honda is still filthy. People work hard for their money and dont want to see it go down the drain. I wont be back to this carwash. TERRIBLE. You would be better office just hand washing your car. Its hard to tell in the pics because of the glare of the sun but there is nothing clean about this car. KB
