My third (and last) time using this wash. Similar to what others stated, it simply does not wash your car. I do see the soap and wax coming out of the wand, but nearly all bays' pre soak are a waste of time. Walking around the car slowly and carefully, targeting known areas of dust/dirt with both the soap, rinse, and wax, I will go back to those same areas and see fingerprints or marks. For example, the trunk lid... Once dried, after being "washed and waxed" (and rinsed), you will see the marks. I go to wipe the areas with dry hands, and the dust/dirt will come right up. I've never had this at a few other pressure washes before (for about the same price per time lapse). Best to stay away until it comes under new ownership and/or they upgrade their equipment.

Paid for silver package wash and car was still dusty and dirty. I've used this facility before and everything was fine then until now. Called facility to see if I can get a refund or a free wash but nobody was there to answer the phone.

Pre soak never works. Okay maybe like 1/6 times I go. But seriously. It's just airy water. I've brought this to the attention of the staff multiple times this year yet it's so consistently inconsistent, I truly think the management does not care. Chances are low that I will be returning if the first stage of the car wash does not ever work, despite them being aware.

If I could give 0 star I would, the absolute worst wash I've ever used. Nome of the options other than high pressure soap work and even then it looks like there's barely any soap coming out. It's perfect if you wanna rinse your car but don't expect to get it cleaned right

Everytime I go here, it’s always nice that there is soap that comes out of the wash wand, and the pressure is good and gets all the bugs off of the front bumper. On the weekends there is always someone there cleaning the bays. They keep all the bays clean. Great place to clean your vehicle!
