I would not recommend. 10 minutes down the road will get you into something much more comfortable. Altho I do believe they will rent out rooms weekly or monthly at a much more affordable price than any other place around if that's what your looking for

This is a budget motel. Most important to me is it is clean. The walls are thin so you can hear noise from other rooms but at night for sleeping it is very quiet. There is a good size fridge and microwave in the room. We have family in the area so we would stay here again. We were here a week with no complaints. The manager does a great job of keeping the places clean.

Good rooms and will certainly keep you warm during the winter. Beds are comfy. They provide microwaves and refrigerators in each room. Very close to Olean and I-86. Rooms have good prices, so it's worth a stay on a tight budget. Motel owner is very nice too.
