I dropped of clothes here a few times. I used them right before I moved away and after unpacking my clothes in new location I realized that the pants I got back were wrong brand, wrong size, and wrong shade of gray (pants were part of a suit so very obvious differences). I called the owner but she denied everything telling me that they have never mixed up customer clothes. I respectfully disagreed with the case and point being the pants in my possession. She promised me a call back. I understand that mistakes can happen and 3 months after the fact who knows what happened to my pants. I do not expect them to find my pants at point but she was rude, there was no apology, and she did not follow up. Personally, I would not use this place again. Regardless, anywhere that you go for dry cleaning, I recommend that you check labels to make sure you are getting the correct clothes back before leaving the shop.

Not pleased. I would not come here for alterations, they really should not be doing alterations at all in the first place. I brought in my after party dress for my wedding which is quite expensive, she didn’t seem to appropriately know how to take measurements and seemed very unsure about what she was doing. Needless to say I now have to take the dress elsewhere and it was a waste of money.

Dana is absolutely the best. We were in a rush to get something tailored and her and her husband went out of their way on a weekend to get this done. They didn’t have to do it, but they did. Incredible service.

The lady at the shop is so friendly and makes you feel home instead of usual big business feel. I’ll surely keep going back to her. The service was splendid and extremely satisfied. Absolutely value for money I spent on getting my jackets and shirts done. Highly recommended???????????????? And did I mention- she delivered on time. 100 % to what she promised.

She is the best! Always has everything ready either on time or earlier than scheduled. She is super detail-oriented and inspects any new item I bring in (mostly work clothes). Clothes always come back great.
