First time in my life I ever got nail fungus from a salon. I got a new set here recently and last week I got a fill. I didn’t like how my nails came out so I went somewhere else today and when they took the acrylic nails off one of my nails had fungus. The nail technician said this sometimes happens when tools aren’t sanitized properly. They couldn’t even put a new set on because of how damaged my nails are and I have to wait to grow the nail out, keep it dry, I might have to get topical medication to treat the nail. I gave two stars because I really like the owner but my nails are trash now.

I love Mosas Nail Spa! It’s a nice, calm, cozy place. I love how neat and clean it was, and the staff is very friendly! And my nails... are on point! They did what I wanted to my nails amazingly! They took their time, and the hand massage was magical! I highly recommend Mosas Nail Spa!

I had a very good experience at this nail salon. The lady is very good at her job and very fast, I'm impressed. Love my nails, but what I love most is that they will not sneak any changes at you, they are very straightforward.

Excellent!! Great attention to detail!! Got my nails done last night and these ladies know what they’re doing! I felt so comfortable here. My nails were done perfectly the way I wanted them. I highly recommend Mosa’s to everyone!! My friends and I with be coming here from now on!!

Very unprofessional and rude owner. I booked an appointment on 8/2/21 and in advance and the owner responds to me 8/5 to confirm and has the nerve to Tell me the day of appointment 8/6 that her nail tech had an emergency and 1person would Be doing the services for 2people meaning i would be there about 4.5 hrs. I tried to work with her and ask if she had anything earilier and she said no. She then trys to charge me a no show fee after she tells me its ok to cancel if i dont want to sit there all day. Very poor customer service!!! Wont be going back nor recommending this place! There are other salons who have professionalism and are on time. Will Not be giving this place another chance. Im sorry that you were understaffed and still are..no need to take it out on your clients! What a joke!! Good luck to your business and clearly you can see the overal opinion about the place coming from your response. Covid cases are rising and its rude to tell someone to wait 2hrs for there scheduled appointment in the salon while people are entering & leaving. Whether i pay groupon or cash on the spot i tried to come and give you the service. good luck!
