Found this excellent shop after my water pump blow out on me. They diagnosed and was able to replace the parts so fast, I had my car back sooner than I was expecting. Great people, great service, will definitely be returning for future fixes!

I was recommended to go to My Favorite Automotive by multiple people, because I was searching for a mechanic that wouldn’t take advantage of young women, as most of them do. I showed up because I had issues with my engine, and after speaking with Missy (who was very nice), they said it would be no problem to fix. When I picked it up, the buttons on my window were broken, which was not an issue at all prior to taking my car to their shop. I told the owner immediately, and called the shop the next day to try and schedule a time for them to fix it. After they told me to bring it back, they then denied that this was their fault, and they wouldn’t have touched the door in the first place. I was left wondering how on earth something like this could’ve happened on its own (during the 24 hours my car was in their shop?!). Now I’m left with an entirely different issue, and the shop made no effort to look into what might’ve happened.

Finally found my go-to mechanic in Atlanta. These people work HARD and give the best service & prices. Hence why they’re always so busy. So grateful for them and all the work they’ve done on my car.

Missy, Reggie, and Steve run a solid shop. They know their stuff, do great work, and prices are fair. They're as busy as every other shop in town, so be patient with them and they'll do right by you.
