This place is amazing. Underrated for the quality of food and prices that they have. My favourite plate at this spot is their curry goat!. The service is 10/10. The ladies at the front are very nice and welcoming. I’ve had catered from them in the past and the experience, quality of food, service and customer service was 10/10. Would totally recommend!

Had high hopes with all the great reviews and was excited to try the cuisine. Good things: The food is fresh and doesn’t taste like it’s been reheated (often an issue at similar restaurants). Portions are decent and filling. Price wasn’t crazy. Unfortunately the taste is not Jamaican. Where is the flavor? It’s quite plain for jerk or stew chicken. Even the rice lacked that zest that we were expecting. We were full enough after eating but there needed to be a little more flavor incorporated.

My husband and I were in the area and were looking for Caribbean or Jamaican food, we were craving it... so we found this spot on Google maps and came to try it out. We were NOT dissapointed. Actually, the food here is incredible. This is a gem! The cashier was so friendly, she greeted us so kindly and actually had a nice small talk while waiting for the food. My husband ordered a large jerk chicken plate and I ordered a small stew chicken. Both were fall off the bone, well seasoned, fresh, and paired with a nice salad on the side. The chicken & gravy do have a nice kick to it, definitely out scotch bonnet to simmer in the pot, but its not over hot. If were here again, we will definitely pass by again to try the other dishes. 100% recommend coming for a bite!

Food is good love it but too much pepper in food especially soup had soup last weekend the oxtail peas soup it was too much pepper what about children that want to eat it etc other than that it’s good please cut back on the Pepper I will be coming again this weekend Friday or Saturday March 1x 2nd I’m expecting less pepper in the soup and the foods pepper is good but only to an extent what about persons that don’t love spice versus persons that do you can only tolerate so much spice please cut back on the pepper this is one the best Jamaican restaurants in Ajax
