Had the chicken shawarma platter for take out. Staff were friendly and food was fresh and tasty. The platter also comes with a rolled pita, it was a unique presentation compared to other places. The inside of the restaurant leaves little to desire, feels a bit run down. Parking in the plaza is hard to find and not many spots around.

I gave it 3 stars, but not because the food is bad, but I didn't feel particularly "wowed" by it either. Having tried other Shawarma places in Mississauga/Brampton my expectations are thus a little higher. I'm still looking for one in Hamilton that gets close to that. The Customer Service was still very nice though and the restaurant itself looks good. So treat this review as "your mileage may vary".

Easily the best shawarma place in Hamilton. And a true hidden gem. If you happen to be hungry and on James Street, look no further. I got the - mixed shawarma rice plate - chicken shawarma wrap The meat was the tastiest I have had in a wrap or on rice. I have no idea what they marinate it with or top it with. But it is super fresh and nothing was greasy. Their salads were so good too! There are a few tables if you do want to dine in. Their service was friendly and quick too. The only real reason for a 3 rating is their working hours. Easy 4 if they ever extend it. I will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!

Really juicy and tender chicken in their chicken shawarma. The meat is halal. Was recommended by my coworkers to try it out and i really loved it. Will be visiting again soon
