I will never ever get my lashes done here again. They look good but has completely broke my eyes out. I don’t know if they put nail glue in their lash glue or what!! My daughter eyes was the same way!!????????????

I went Saturday to get my eyelashes done by Vivian. She did a great job although she put too much glue in a certain spot on both eyelashes, I called her back and explain to her how my eye was irritated due to too much glue can you removed some. She stated that she was busy and that she had another client but I can come the next day. I called her the next day she said maybe maybe I will can’t do maybe I won’t do again because that’s how I do your friends and Ashley, all I wanted her to do was to remove some of the glue or remove the eyelashes. Because my eyes are very irritated as I stated spoke to her again she said will come Tuesday that’s five days later after I’ve gotten them done so other than that they would’ve gotten a five star because her work is really good. She just did not want to fix my complaints

I love the way my nails come out but I got me feet done for the first time and a full set and I have fungus on my nails now. It’s only been 2.5 weeks since the full set and my nails weren’t even lifting. I’ve never experienced nail fungus and I’m not happy about it. Currently medicating my feet and nails.

Long Review: One star for speed of service, and one star for artistic ability. My overall experience here was not pleasant. They painfully ripped off my gel instead of soaking it off (I asked for it to be soaked, but was told that takes too long), and I got multiple small cuts from the drill and clippers around my nails. The work station, floor, and gel light were clearly dirty and oddly sticky. I asked for ONLY gel polish three different times, but I got acrylic with tips and gel polish on top; which became noticeably more expensive than what I wanted. They did not clean up the excess acrylic or glue under my nail after asking, so I get to file that off myself at home. No lotion or cuticle oil, so the area around my nails looks sad. The lady seemed nice, but she didn't seem to want to do what I was asking for. I've been told by others who go here often that there are only two good nail techs, and if they aren't working that day it isn't worth coming here. I find this unfortunate if true. I won't be returning, but I wish them well.

Love it here! Been going here for years! Returned from BMT & this was my first stop ! Everyone is nice & no matter what nail design I bring in, they understand the assignment! Accurate timing & many different services to offer. Going back for my next Mani/Pedi before it’s time to TDY !
