By far the BEST nails and customer service I’ve ever had. I called to try to see if I could get a same day appointment because I had an event I needed them done for the next day. Like I expected, they were all booked but Holly took my number to call me if anything happens to open up. Within 30 minutes, Holly called me back to let me know they had a no show and to see if I could make it in! From my initial conversation with Holly, Ny’s incredible skills, and the way they treat customers as family, I knew I found my new nail place. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND THE LADIES OF NAIL GALLERY A FAVOR AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. They are a small team with skill that is very in demand. The criticism on here about those who are upset about walk ins must not understand that people who routinely have their nails done, you know that you can’t just “walk in” to places where the work is INCREDIBLE and the customers are very LOYAL to them. They book up! They are a business and they value quality over quantity. If you don’t call first, that’s your fault, not the owner or business. You will not be disappointed with your experience here. My nail technician was Ny. Im Always happy to see her. She has so much attention to detail and always takes my feet to the next level. I’m also obsessed with my new chrome manicure! Great job Ny! I also brought my mom to see Keisha and she did an amazing job on my mom’s colored acrylics and she was extra gental on my Mom’s sensitive feet. Thank you Keisha! When my mother and I came home, my daughter had to get one too. She opted for a full set of regular acrylics. Hopefully this will encourage her to stop nibbling on her fingers. :::insert eye roll::: Ladies! Keep up the amazing work!

Holly and her staff are very professional and friendly. They do an excellent job, keeping my preferences in mind at a very reasonable price. Recommend you make an appointment as the word is out regarding how good they are.
