I asked they remove the nails they just put on as they were put on horribly. And stated I would pay full price for their service. This was the after affect (see pics). Swollen and infected cuticles. The tech was rude and the owner Q did not intervene. Billy came in later and also did not offer to rectify the situation.

I tried this salon for the first time and my initial experience was good, the staff was very professional and did my acrylic fill in just how I wanted. However, within 3 days of my fill in, 4 of my nails broke very easily. I did have long nails, but my acrylics never break this easily. I went to get them fixed and the same night another nail broke. I spent a total of $100 on just one fill in set because of all the fixes. I would not recommend coming here if you want strong long acrylic nails.

Al respectful,l nice ,clean and friendly Nail salon. It's never too long of a wait. They try to stick to your appointment time, and they also make an effort to accommodate walk-in customers.
