Very very dirty nail salon. Dust is everywhere, the nail utensils is dipped in the water used in soaking your feet and put back in the container without been sterilized or cleaned Red flags everywhere There is a 2- 3 hr wait. You asked for appointments they will tell you it's only walk-ins. Which I can understand. The lady acts like she is scared of touching the feet. Pls why are you in this business when your customers can not get the services they paid for. Instead I have been itchy since I came from this unfortunate nail.palace on Hacks cross. People beware they will soak your feet forever while the other man walk around doing nothing but admiring his nails and himself in the mirror all day. Bad customer service. Bad environment Unkempt environment Bad nail polish all dried up Mediocre service with smelly towels.

Went to get my nails polished for a Wedding reception out of town. I went on a Thursday and I was the only client. Long story short the gel polish started chipping on 1 nail 6 hours later. I call Friday morning and they did agree to repair but when I got there they tell me I have to wait. After 30 minutes still no service. I ended up leaving with chipped nail because I had to get on the road to my destination. First and last time visiting this shop. 2 stars because the staff was polite.

The worst nail salon I’ve been to they are lumpy bc two different people did them instead of just one and she filed the color off after they was done! Never again! Wasted 45$!

I WISH i could give them a 0. This is the WORST nail shop to waste your time at. I went in for a pedi and full set. The tech started on my dip powder(which she was mad because I did not want acrylic powder, which I had to tell her 10x smh) but I told her it did not match the color I picked and she said one more coat, one more coat. When she was done she asked did I like it and I was like no, its not the color I picked. I hate this color. It is supposed to be dark green. Atleast thats the color that I picked. I am so devastated I cried. I have an event this afternoon and have to walk in with these ugly nails. You can tell she rushed and was upset because I wanted dip instead of color acrylic. I will NEVER return here and I hope you dont either.

***this photo is 2 days after the "service". Very rushed, sloppy service. Two days later, I'm typing and a nail just pops right off. I now have to go to another salon to have them redo everything. Very disappointed.
