Lily is amazing! If you prefer designs, she is the one to go to!!! I showed a picture and she managed to exceed my expectations. Mind you, this is all hand painted she has amazing skill! I will be back Lily! Thank you so much!

I'm so bummed. I had my nails done today by a male employee and he removed my existing gel with an electric file, making my nails very thin. When my manicure was done, sides of my nails were unpainted and the top gel coat was sloppily covering past my cuticles and past all edges of my nails. When I tried to remove the clear coat that was covering my skin, it peeled up a large piece of the gel on my nails. The layers of gel was uncured and still wet. He was in such a rush that my nails only sat in the uv for half of the set time. I hate complaining so I didn't go back in and address it unfortunately. I just removed it all when I got home and painted my own nails ????

Go somewhere else. Zero stars should be an option. Sloppy, rushed, ignored for an hour while they presumably spoke about me in their native language. The rides of my nails are missing top coat.

I absolutely love LILLY!!! I won’t go anywhere else. She’s so sweet and welcoming. Her nails are amazing!! We laugh so much and she always gets me out of my comfort zone. She did this by hand!!

I went in for a pedicure while my daughter got a full set. The woman doing my pedicure used the grater until i bled. I was still charged full price. My daughter showed them a pearlescent blue (solid color) and they gave her a purple french tip no where near the color she wanted. 2 of the nails are crooked as well. Very unimpressed! This was our last trip to nail trix. Woke up this morning (less than 24 hrs after my pedicure) and the cuts she put on my foot hurt so bad i cant wear socks or shoes. I am so angry woth this salon!
