Always love my nails when I go here. The staff are so lovely and do a great job. My favourite nail salon in town

Staff were so nice got it done quickly and I love my nails they are very pretty!

I used to love coming here, but all of a sudden it’s gone bad. I went in to get my birthday nails and the guy that did my nails kept tugging at me if I moved my hand into a more comfortable position. Also when having my nails done, when drilling the nail, he kept catching my skin, I know have cuts all over my fingers which bled so much. Not only that but I didn’t get the shape I asked for and they are lifting already. Never again ????????????

My friend and I went here after being unsuccessful at booking an appointment at our usual nail salon. After being told they had space we were waiting for two hours before being assigned to one of the three people working. The staff were rude and uncooperative, they failed to fix a mistake I pointed out and after they used gel instead of polish like I had asked for, said it was too late and I would have to pay for the more expensive gel nails instead. The customer service was atrocious throughout and there seemed no genuine care for the customer, my nail beds were cut several times and whilst they were bleeding the nail technician was laughing. To top it off, the nails are poor quality and after only one week my friend only has six out of ten nails left. Safe to say we will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone else.

I have been a regular customer at Ponie Beauty Lounge since September 2021. I usually get acrylic nails with French tips. I am always happy with how my nails turn out. I trust the people at this salon to do a good job on my nails, although I have found that the male nail techs usually have a greater eye for detail than some of the female nail techs there. They offer a loyalty system where you receive £5 off after 6 visits to the salon. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to get their nails done ????
