Kathy does great nails!!! The reason I gave 4 stars is because the pedicures could be better. They don't give the good pedi treatment that's expected otherwise a 5 would be in order????????

Nice service, even though I came in 30 minutes till close they gave me a manicure and a pedicure fir $60, i appreciate it!

This was taken 20 minutes after i left the shop. After asking for a simple gradient style nail (just one color fading into another color) and arguing with Peter (the owner) for 20 minutes. I finally gave up and said just give me basic yellow. I told the nail tech the shape was off. She refiled ONE nail. painted them and left for the night. She left before i was done. As the nails dried Peter and I were the only one's left in the salon and I told him my nails dont look right. This is not COFFIN style nails. He told me it was my fault for not telling my nail tech (who had already left). He refused to fix it or give me my money back. Go to 21 Nails at your own risk. They don't know how to do any new designs. They don't do nails correctly and the owner DOES NOT CARE about customer service. Look at the picture and be he judge.

Love my nails! Added a tad bit of bling. Peter the owner does then great.

Love this place. Big fan of Kathy and they treat you good. Been going there for over 5 years and its great. Blessings
