Nails First

This place is dirty. The smell when you walk in tells you that they are not clean. They also charge you extra for things without letting you know. The tech started off by suggesting medium length and I was fine with that. When asked what shape I’d like, I said oval. I’ve never been charged extra for square or oval shape; almond, stiletto, coffin, yes, but oval, no. So, I’m surprised I was charged $50 for this, which is ridiculous. A standard full set is advertised on their “menu” as $40. So I was charged an extra $10 for length and shape. For $50, I’ll go to a place that doesn’t smell when you walk in and provides a better service.

My nails are so cute. They got me in and out really quick and i went in only an hour before closing. My nails were very reasonable priced, they were $55

I really love coming to this salon above all others in Smyrna. Why? Because the work they do is beautiful, they always provide excellent service and they stand behind the quality of it. Within my first two or three visits, they already knew me by name which makes the experience more than just an assembly line like you might have happen elsewhere. After one visit I was WAY too hard on my nails and cracked one (I throw tires for a living) and they took no issue with helping get it fixed and it matched perfectly afterwards. This is officially my dedicated salon and I hope they could become yours too! They are first class all the way!
