I’m so happy with my nails! Before my nails were so brittle. She recommended the acrylic dip and I’m loving how they turned out! I highly recommend Nail & Spa. They were very busy, so calling and making an appointment helps.

I brought a wedding party of 6 ladies for full sets in August. The bride ended up with David. She told me later that he was very rude and very rough. I have gone to Nails and Spa since they opened and had changed salons because I found David so rude. I decided to go there with the wedding party because it is a bigger salon that could accommodate a larger group. I also had a pedicure. The man that did my pedicure appeared to not speak English at all. I always get the spa pedicure. He never asked me so I did not get the spa pedicure. He literally only painted my toenails. I was back in last week and both front doors were wide open. I heard several customers complain about being cold. There were flies buzzing around everyone and six dirty fly strips hanging from the light fixtures. I asked if there was a problem with their heating and cooling system and they said no. David answers the phone while he is doing your nails so he may be interrupted a dozen times while doing your nails. Last week I heard him berating a customer on the phone. Erica tends to be rude too but David is the worst. I will not be back.

Always have a great experience here My manicure has lasted Longer than anywhere else I have gotten them done. Love this place.

Normally I do not leave negative reviews but I wanted to caution others on the dip manicure removal here. I’ve had mani-pedis here on occasion for quite a few years now. Last night my experience was painful and unpleasant. Staff were super rough with the drill-file while removing my previous dip manicure, cutting my hand multiple times and using so much pressure that it was painful on my nail bed, and visibly damaged one of my nails. I let staff know that I was uncomfortable multiple times, and they didn’t seem to be any more cautious. One of my hands has a cut on every single finger, which is painful and makes the manicure look sloppy. I like my manicures to be clean and painless, and this was just so far from that.

WOW! My daughter and I are floored! Nina did an exceptional job on these nails!! The earliest we were able to come in was close to closing time and Nina was kind enough to do the job and to do it carefully and beautifully!!! What an amazing job and a wonderful person! Thank you, Nina!
