Been today with two friends. Had children portion, and believe me that was enough. Tender beef , chicken. We had both on our plates. Plenty of veggies. Must point out. Best gravy I've had since my mum used to make, believe me, that saying something . highly recommend. Good prices too.

Just been for Sunday dinner for the first time. Meat was absolutely brilliant. Very tender. We recommend to anyone. Book in again for next week. Well done new inn , see you next week. Pat & Roy.

More ale please. Friendly vibe. Reasonable bar rates. Live music. A little overwhelmed by Dogfest but knowledge and hind site will wonders

I've only been in for a quick drink and a Sunday roast, so I can't say how it is for a night out. But the Sunday dinner was lovely and very reasonably priced, staff were friendly and the place was clean and nicely presented. It's very cosy and warm too, nice on a cold day.
