Food was okay. Service sucks. The owner is not very friendly. She is the barmaid.

Smelled like old cigarette smoke. Cream of crab was brown and borderline fishy, french onion was light and flavorless. Server was nice and service was overall quick. Just let down by the quality of atmosphere and food in such an expensive place to live. I really had higher expectations from other's reviews. I tend to rate higher than my experience generally because people and places have off days....but this was between 1 and 2pm on a Sunday and the only other people were a large party in the dining room that left because they were cold and a couple at the bar. I couldn't rate on a curve for this experience. Hope they do better as they are the first eatery/bar once you drive through the expanse of trees. Essentially welcoming you to Millers Island. If this wasn't a one off experience and was a typical Sunday....I don't know how they remain open with the likes of Dock of The Bay down the street.

Family owned, great food, extensive menu, good prices. Separate dining room from bar area, pool table, juke box, TV's. "No strangers here, just friends you haven't met". Dotty and Brian are the best!
