Very rushed, clipped the skin on my toe nail, didn’t take proper time on nails, and I now have an infection in my toe from pedicure.- taking too many people at one time without enough staff so they want to get you in and out so they can make money on poor quality nails. Gel polish didn’t even last a few days. Paid $105 for gel manicure and pedicure and it was not worth that amount. Don’t recommend going here even if it’s your only option..

Paid $60 for messed up polish! Will not go back! Got them done for a special occasion this weekend and can't afford to have them redone somewhere else. The lady rushed through my nails.

I was hesitant about coming here because of the poor reviews, but I am so glad I did. Valentino was the best nail tech I have ever had — couldn’t recommend more. He was so friendly, talked with me the whole time, and took his time until my nails were perfect. Even when I (annoyingly) decided that I didn’t like the color a few hours later, he fixed it the same day free of charge. He really cares about the people he services, and you really can’t find that many places. If I lived in Olean, I would never go to another salon. Couldn’t recommend more!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been so disappointed. They were done sloppy, not filed all the way, one of my nails Is crooked, none are the same size. There was polish all around my nails. They were continuing to take walk ins when they were clearly overwhelmed. They were rushing the entire time. The staff was extremely rude. Once they were done and I told the nail tech she said they looked fine! She then tried to overcharge me and expected a tip when I told her I didn't like the way they looked. Do not waste your money here. So many other places to go to and I wish I would have.

I came in for a scheduled mani/pedi, they took me 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. A girl with blonde hair did my pedicure amazingly, she asked if certain actions hurt my toes but everything was fine. She even helped me pick a nail color because I was indecisive. The hot towel followed by a leg and foot massage was so relaxing. I was taken to get my nails done by Randy, a friendly tattooed man. He made conversation and did the nail design I asked for. I rarely get my nails done so it was a nice treat, and they did it so well
