Night Dreams

I came to nine dreams in College Park around 6 o’clock tonight because I needed A last minute outfit for an event and I had a budget. Making the slection Was Extremely difficult, not because of a orice Issue but because of so many selections and unbelievable amazing price this store offer for Extremely great quality products. I walked to the register to pay and my total came to be, a little over $200.00 dollar, and to my surprise the manger said no worries I’ll discounted and your new total is now $159.60. I could not believe what I heard, I thank her and when I paid with my Apple Pay Credit card, the system would not accept that form of payment and she asked me if I had any other form of payment and I said no, and without any hesitation she said to me, I feel how important you need this outfit for you're event tonight. So take it with you and just bring The payment when you get your physical card and gave my merchandise. I was in complete shock fwitn what she did for me. So I wanted her to take my drivers license Information and her reply was, no I don’t need all that’s, just give me your name and number and that’s fine. This was a serendipity moment for me. I could not believe that she put my needs before the need of the business. Never in my entire life have I heard from Anyone of such quality customer service. I can’t find the words to describe this amazing experience. I actually thought it was a dream I was having. Night dream has earn my business and respect and everyone I know and see will hear about night dreams do become a Reality at this store. Angel thank you for putting that trust in me, when You know nothing about me. Thank you for what you did. You made my dream Possible and because of your authentic And sincerest empathy, I will be walking to my event in style. You have earn my respect.

I just wanted to say, I am a fan of this store! I have come here a few times with my wife for gifts and toys and I have ALWAYS been treated with class and found exactly what we were looking for. I just visited this past weekend for some gifts to go in gift bags for our "couples night" party. Angel, who I believe is the owner, saw me struggling to find items (my wife forgot her ID so she was in the car). She immediately saw I needed help and assisted me with finding the right items to go into the bags. She gave me some great suggestions and even hooked me up with a couple items. She was a blessing! Our party turned out great and we're happy. We will DEFINITELY be coming back...

Night dreams is the best! The staff is super supportive and helpful. As a UMD student I feel that this is a safe space for me and my partner to be who we are & I am glad a place like this exists in CP.
