We’re so impressed - this shisha lounge has got to be one of the bests lounges! The vibes inside are amazing, the food is absolutely delicious and the hookah is so smooth! We loved our visit here, we got some fire shots, stunning cocktails & danced the night away on their dance floor (YES THEY HAVE A DANCE FLOOR!!). Seriously blown away by how great this spot it, definitely a must visit for any occasion. The staff is so nice and welcoming, we recommend this spot to anyone who wants to have a good time.

The waitress told me our bill was $281.42 plus a mandatory 18% tax that "must be paid in cash". I had to ask to get a printed copy of the bill 3 times before she actually printed it for me. She kept turning the iPad showing me numbers and turning it back quickly. When she printed the bill, the total was not $281.42 (much less). She then told me not to worry about the tip because she "never keeps them" and she "gives away all her tips". She ended up splitting the bill and stated that she "forfeited the tip". I paid my portion of the bill and left, and my friend and the rest of the party went up to pay when we left. She told my friend that I refused to pay the mandatory tip in cash and that she needs to pay it. The name on the receipt was SABRINA, but I didn't actually ask her for her name. As well, she never tended to our table so even if there was a "mandatory tip in cash", it should have been for the other staff and not her. To be real, I was definitely going to leave a tip before I felt lied to. This needs to be checked as I think this staff member may be pocketing cash through lying to customers.

It has very nice ambience for setting up a party mood. Great songs ( can also be requested), drinks were good, lighting and seating was amazing too. Despite of all the goodies here I found the sheesha very week and it was lacking flavours. We order two, one regular with fruit head and another was premium with Jumanji flavour. Both sheesha were ok and not much smoke was coming out of it. Also coal used were those cheap magic one's which does not last long. If sheesha place had good sheesha I would not hesitate to rate 5-star.
