The best northern style hand pulled noodles and dishes in Seattle! We stumbled upon this place driving through Kent and had the best lamb noodle soup for ages! The broth was thick in flavor and the noodles very chewy. The pork knuckle was top-notched ????

Ordered the Lamb Nutritious Noodle Soup. Was delicious and the perfect serving size for a meal. The tea was also phenomenal.

This newly opened noodle house offers authentic Chinese noodle and dishes from northern China. No MSG is added, but the taste is amazing. We just had a dinner there and we are really impressed with the service and food! We strongly recommend to try their hand made noodles, the soup is not super spicy as other noodle place, so the flavor shine and is amazing. The fish dish is super delicious. Highly recommend!

Great noodle house! The chili flank steak soup was perfectly warm and spicy with soft large flat noodles. A healthy serving with big vegetables and soy egg this was a great lunch spot. Highly recommend!
