I stay here every time I need to go to Fredericton. Great for pizza delivery. Cross the bridge on foot and call a cab for downtown. You’ll get a really nice view, a cheap cab ride, and a fun walk home with lots of memories. Not luxurious; but still very great. Staff is unbelievably kind and always love seeing them.

Cheap but not a great experience! - Good o Cheap : around $75 per night o Heat; hot water o Fridge and microwave o tub - Bad o Terrible internet (I had to use my own data to work for three days.. imagine my phone bill after that) o Not well maintained ? A lot of web; ? Old bed sheets (some stain on it); o Other ? On the road motel so be prepared to hear the traffic outside; ? the pictures on internet do not reflect the reality

Very friendly staff we enjoyed our stay rooms are clean and tidy definitely recommend as it's very friendly staff good location and clean rooms we very much are enjoying our stay thank you Norfolk

If I could give this hotel a zero rating I would this hotel is gross smells bad everything is falling apart we booked 2 rooms because my brother was.having surgery we turned up to check in and immediately left. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra few bucks for a nice hotel. This place is downright scary.

I stayed here last night and I have to say it was an interesting experience. Will I be staying again? Probably not. But the staff was very accommodating and reasonable. I booked a room knowing it was going to be what I paid for. 106$ (taxes included) was a fair price and I was just needing a place to sleep for the night. Only issue was the first room I was in didn’t look very clean. So we kindly told the woman working the front desk and she came to inspect our room. There were a few little blood stains (the size of a drop) on our curtains and one on the wall. Our bed was also extremely uncomfortable. It was broken and sunk to the floor. She then asked us to vacate the room so we did what was asked. Because we had booked through Expedia we couldn’t cancel the reservation and get a refund. The woman showed us the cleaning log to prove the room had been cleaned that day. Which we believed her just by her saying it. She then gave us a new room which was MUCH cleaner. The bed was comfortable and we had a tv that actually worked. We were way more impressed by this room. The only I’d say was the bathroom smelt strongly of a scent that we couldn’t name but didn’t smell good. Overall if we hadn’t of had the first bad room we would’ve rated it a better experience, but I would give it a 5 out of 10. Be cautious while booking here. Be aware of the possibilities.
