My sister and I came in yesterday for 2 full sets. We both got stiletto shape. The lady that did hers did an amazing job. They were even, and looked perfectly, beautifully lethal. My nails looked like the wonky dull cousin of hers. I'm quiet and shy, so I didn't say much, but several of my nails were crooked and she filed the tips off of them, which made them dull. I like them SHARP. I went home and fixed the shape. Next time if I'm not happy with the shape, I'll ask to shape them myself.They don't look bad now that I fixed the shape, but the acrylic on a couple nails is fat on one side and smooth on the other. When she prepped my real nails, she basically just made a Z with the Dremel, so I doubted they would last long. Not my best nail experience, not my worst. On the bright side, their prices are very reasonable. UPDATE: it's only been 12 days, and I've had to glue almost all of them back on because of the lack of detail to prepping my nails. The lady who did my sister's nails did fantastic. The lady who did mine, not so much.

My pedicure was wonderful. It’s the nails that were horrible. I just wanted some gel shorties with the red tip. On the sides of my nail there’s not even acrylic. They are very uneven on top when you filled them is globs of the gloss just very horrible experience with the nails I would never get my nails done here again. Especially considering how much more acrylic nails are compared to back in the day. These pictures are taken within 12 hours of getting my nails done. Feet yes, nails no! And mind you they started my nails when I was still getting my pedicure and made me turn off the massager because it was moving my hands. The only reason I gave them 2 score is because my feet. Oh, and in case you’re asking two different people did it the one that did my hands she’s the older one been there for a long time. It might be her shop at this point may be time to upgrade your prescription or let the young ones do it

My last two appointments, done by the same manicurist, within 1 week after my gel manicure, the polish and my nails starts to chip. Prior to her doing them, I had no problem. How to I ask that the same person that always do my Pedi, also do my nails without hurting anyone's feelings..
