I spent a couple of hours here today, the service was not good, the lady doing my nails was very rude!!! I showed one of the ladies a nail set that i wanted, and she said ok. My nails turned out nothing like the picture, I would understand if she couldn't do it,but why not say that? If you know you cannot achieve the picture atleast say “ sorry, I don't know how to do that” and it would've been fine. She was complaining the whole time as well whenever i told her that she was missing stuff, like diamonds. Kept getting smart comments made. She also kept complaining about how tired she was and was turning customers away when they asked for full sets. She then put cuticle oil on my nails to which I then told her the diamonds were missing. She said she wouldn’t be able to put them on because there’s already oil all over my nails. Horrible shaping, filing, diamond placement etc. The diamonds started falling off immediately when I left. Overpriced as well for set that is ugly and horrendous. 105$ for them to be short as well. Not to mention the immediate complaints when I showed her the set I wanted because she said my nails were little and that they would fall off right away. I’ve never had an issue with having “little nails” and have gotten them done perfectly fine at other nail shops which actually lasted me 3+ weeks. 0/10 do not recommend this place at all, will not be returning. This was my second time here only have gotten pedicure done before that came out fine. Other than that 0/10.

Coming here is like allowing your nail-tech-wanbabe bff to finally do your nails as practice. My mother, daughter, and I came to get manis and pedis done for a funeral (and just to de-stress). The workers were all related and they obnoxiously bickered the entire time, as if they thought they were on a reality show. They almost completely turned my mom away (because she accidentally went to the wrong location) even though she arrived only a few minutes into our pedis, which came before the manis. There were no other customers but us and my mom even offered to give up her pedi. Eventually they let her get a pedi with no polish and her mani. At one point one of the females asked why we were getting our nails done, to which I said it was for a funeral; I can't remember her exact words but she made some inappropriate joke. The deceased was my baby brother, also mother's son and my daughter's uncle... They had zero tact or common sense. The results were not even as good as what you can do at home, very mediocre with many flaws. It was a much different experience than when I'd last gotten my nails done years ago, with no nail soak prior to the mani and a much higher price. The cost for my daughter and I was over $200 total and over $100 for my mom. The prices were higher than what they had listed in their book, as if they added an undeserved tip or just made them up. Will never be back, that's for sure.

Kristine & Kim are the absolute best nail & feet technicians. Their customer service & work is impeccable! I will drive from wherever to go and get their services….Thank you both!
