This place canceled my reservation I made through Expedia a month ago because they realized that they could charge much more for those dates. They are shady and untrustworthy! They had no explanation and refused to honor the reservation unless I paid 6 times as much!!

I stay there with my family. We had a problem with the AC leaking water but they gave us another room. They were great, very nice and very helpful. I will definitely go there again. Love it.

I stayed here for a couple nights in August 2023. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, and only a block from the top of Clifton Hill and all the attractions. VERY nice people who accommodated my need for a ground floor room due to bad knees. Lundy's/Ferry St and tons of restaurants & fast-food minutes away. Skylon 4 min drive or 15 min walk. If you mainly need a decent room to sleep & shower in to prepare for your days enjoying the Falls attractions, this might be the place.

Just want to start by saying mad respect to my Jamaican brother who attended my family and myself like we were family !!! Second I’ve never seen a motel like this so clean we had to combine the two beds without them knowing and not one spec of anything on the carpet im not even exaggerating smells nice in the rooms fresh clean . Third the location is perfect can walk to everything and last I recommend this Motel to all who are weary about Motels ! Peace love to all and don’t forget to vote Conservative!!

IT IS A BUDGET MOTEL! If you are looking for an up-to-date hotel, this isn't it. HOWEVER, if you are looking for an inexpensive place in a GREAT LOCATION, that is clean and secure, go for it. For our family the beds were good, the AC worked, and the shower had great pressure - what more to need for a place to sleep? Other - super easy walking to all things touristy. Full disclosure, the wifi was pretty bad, but hey, it is an old-fashioned motel. Good for the kids to experience from time to time????
