They do an amazing job my nail broke three days after I got them done I'm a very rough woman came in absolutely no problems fixed it right away and didn't charge me and explain to me next time just let them know that you need something that has more sturdiness. Mrs Lisa is so sweet!

3 words: Horrible consumer service. Let me tell you to why. I (Latina woman who was born here and speaks perfect English ) walked inside the nail salon and asked a man who worked there, the most basic questions such as of how much was a gel manicure or how much was it to fix a set of gel nails that I already had on. The man looked at me all confused and didn’t want to answer my questions at all. I re-explained myself and pointed to my nails, and he said “you have your nails already done” and I told him “can you put new gel ones on or filled them?” But as soon as I said that, he literally turned his back on me, continued by the register, and said nothing to me. Keep in mind there are no consumers waiting behind me and it wasn’t busy. I just simply walked out and didn’t bother trying anymore. Hint of racism towards me? Maybe. but for sure bad attitude. The prices might seem affordable but don’t deal with something like this. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and if you go here, you probably might not get that. P.s the saddest thing there was the consumers who were getting their nails done look at me struggling with this man but stood there and did nothing. Even the consumers don’t help others, shame.

Terrible. I wish I checked the reviews. They did the thing where they say they can take you immediately and stick you in a tub so you can't leave. Checked me for a callus removal but all he did was wipe on solution and wipe it off. He shoved the file tip under my nail so hard I actually screamed (so embarrassing). Older lady applied polish so thick that my husband made fun of me. So they took up 2 hours of my day, charged me $20 more than most places, hurt me and I had horrible looking nails when they were done. I guess I should be happy they started chipping the next day. I wish I had looked at my phone and seen the reviews.

I've been coming to them for 20 years, I was going to go to Venus across the street today but I rode by and they were very busy so I figured I would give Ocean Nails some business because nobody was in there. I got a gel manicure I had to ask for the cuticle cutters because he barely touched them and then I had to ask for the nail file because they were uneven and sharp on the corners. Ok I can get past that but when she told me $38.... I nearly fell off my chair. They CHARGED me to take my old gel off which they used a sanding machine that took 2 minutes and ruins your nails. I can't believe he said to charge a local who's been going to them since they opened to take off a little gel. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE BACK....

Took the current color off my nail, then just left me to sit there, with the nail dust all over my fingers. Then I just waited there for about 25 min waiting for them the finish my nails. While the lady doing my nails she filed my skin right off my finger to the point where I was bleeding. For my gel she completely forgot the bottom “base” type layer. My nails looked semi decent after they were completed and I enjoyed my stay in Ocean City, MD.
